Abdul Rahim Architectural Consultants (Araco), a leading engineering consultant in design and project management in the UAE, has won a contract from Alnafisi National Real Estate Group Company for the design and licensing of 14 buildings in Dubai’s Satwa area.

The commercial and residential buildings project is valued at Dh570 million ($155 million) and is expected to cover an area of 1.3 million sq ft.

The tender’s scope of work covers architectural, structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) design and engineering, obtaining of all necessary permits from relevant bodies, and complete overseeing of the construction process.

Based in Kuwait, Alnafisi is a major investor in real estate and has several investments across the UAE, Kuwait, and other countries.
