HireRight appoints Mideast account director

DUBAI, March 15, 2017

HireRight, a leading global candidate due diligence company, has strengthened its business development team in the Middle East region, with the appointment of Carl Simington as account director.

Simington joins the team from Hospitality People, where he managed the business to deliver recruitment solutions for clients within the hospitality sector.

Before that he had a background stretching 14 years within the engineering and built environment sectors, working with government entities, consultants and contracting companies. He has a total of 15 years of recruitment experience within the Mena region and Europe.

The appointment follows the launch of HireRight’s office in Dubai back in March earlier this year and is the result of an exponential increase in new business constituting the need to bolster the local team to service these clients locally.

Simington will report into Peter Cleverton, the director of client services and account management at HireRight. He will be responsible for managing key clients within HireRight’s portfolio in the region.

On the appointment, Cleverton said: "He brings a valuable skill set to the team and extensive client servicing, key account management with international work experience."

"Working within the business development team and alongside the company’s various other departments, he will play a pivotal role in the oversight and delivery against our key client objectives, " he stated.

Simington said he was incredibly excited to be joining the HireRight Mena office in Dubai.

"The Mena team comprises some very talented individuals, and I’m looking forward to helping our clients understand the importance of candidate due diligence, especially amongst the backdrop of geo-political heightened security, and how our services can mitigate risks in the employment process," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
