Alba organises training programme for employees

MANAMA, March 20, 2017

Aluminium Bahrain (Alba), the Bahrain-based international aluminium smelter, is currently conducting a training session ‘Leadership Tomorrowland’, for its executive management, directors, managers and management employees.

The sessions which kicked off yesterday (March 19) will conclude on March 21, and is being held at Alba Club.

Renowned speaker John E Skladan will be delivering the sessions over the three days, said a statement from the company.

The training has been designed to cover topics such as safety, training, change management, succession planning, leadership, communication and the SAS methodology based on the leadership principles under difficult economic conditions, it said.

Tim Murray, chief executive officer, Alba, said: “At Alba, our focus is to enhance the leadership proficiency of our management.”
