Etisalat launches new Xiaomi smartphones

Etisalat, a top UAE-based telecom provider, has launched the latest Xiaomi smartphones with flexible smartpay options for customer, going as low as Dh42 ($11.43) and at standalone prices starting Dh969 ($263).

The latest smartphones to join the Xiaomi portfolio are mainly Mi 6 and Mi Max2. Etisalat subscribers can opt to purchase as a standalone offering or opt for a smart instalment facility, said a statement.

Etisalat subscribers can purchase the new smartphones at standalone prices that start from Dh969 ($263) for Mi Max 2 and Dh1499 ($408) for Mi 6, it said.  

For subscribers looking at purchasing the devices with the flexible smartpay options can opt to purchase for as low as Dh65 ($17.7) for the Mi 6 and Dh42 ($11.43) for Mi Max 2, it added.

The splash resistant Mi 6 is the flagship product for Xiaomi in 2017 available in black with a storage capacity of upto 128GB and shipped with the latest snapdragon 835 Octa-core, dual 12 MP rear camera 8MP and front camera.

The new Mi Max 2 is also available in black and powered by snapdragon 625 Octa-core 2.0 GHz with 12MP rear camera and 5MP front facing camera. Both new smartphones come with the latest version of Android 7.0.
