Air Arabia to restart Jizan flights

SHARJAH, March 26, 2024

Air Arabia, the Middle East and North Africa’s first and largest low-cost carrier (LCC) operator, has announced the resumption of its flights from Sharjah to Jizan in Saudi Arabia.

The direct flights will connect Sharjah International Airport with King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Airport with a frequency of three weekly flights from June 4.

The flights will operate on Tuesday/Friday/Sunday.

Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer, Air Arabia, said: “As we continue to grow, we remain committed to serving our key markets, particularly between the UAE and Saudi Arabia. With non-stop connectivity linking Sharjah and Jizan, we are underlining our promise to continuously offer our customers access to key destinations, all while ensuring exceptional value.”

Air Arabia’s commitment to delivering value and comfort to its passengers is reflected in its fleet of 73 Airbus A320 and A321 neo-LR aircraft, the most modern and best-selling single aisle aircraft in the world. The cabin configuration across the fleet provides added comfort with one of the most generous seat-pitch of any economy cabin, Air Arabia said. -TradeArabia News Service
